Contact messages
When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email, enquiry type, message and consent timestamp in the website database so authorized staff can review and respond. An internal notification may be sent without including your message content.
Comments and reactions
Comments are held for review. If approved, your display name, comment and date are public; your email is kept private. Reactions use a browser identifier stored in a cookie and a hashed identifier in the database. Clearing cookies can reset that identifier.
Security and spam prevention
We use session cookies, request limits, form checks and temporary hashed request identifiers to help prevent abuse. Server logs may include IP addresses and request information. If Google reCAPTCHA is enabled, Google processes information needed to check submissions under its own privacy terms.
Optional analytics
When configured, Google Analytics measures public website and tool usage using Advanced Consent Mode. Before you choose or when you decline, Google receives limited cookieless measurements. Analytics cookies are enabled only after acceptance. Advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain disabled. Google receives request information such as IP address and browser details when its tag or measurement endpoints are contacted. Cookieless does not mean that no data is sent. Selected files, filenames, image results, names, email addresses and form contents are excluded from analytics. Public tool events record only the tool name and whether processing started, finished, failed or a download was clicked. Private admin pages and previews do not run analytics. Your choice is stored for 180 days in a preference cookie shared across boostedtechs.com and its tool subdomains. You can change it in Cookie settings in the footer.
Your information
Contact office@boostedtechs.com to ask about access, correction or deletion of your submitted information. Do not send identity documents with your first request. Records are reviewed according to operational needs; this website does not automatically delete enquiry records on a fixed schedule.
Providers
The website uses shared hosting and optional Google services. Provider processing locations and retention vary. This notice describes the implemented website; it is not a certification of regulatory compliance.
Business document email
Invoices, quotations and receipts are edited and downloaded on your device. Choosing Email document sends a prepared PDF and the selected company/customer email addresses to our server. We verify the company address with a code before delivery and send messages from Boosted Business with that verified address as Reply-To. We do not keep a document copy or save drafts; mail providers and recipients may retain delivered messages and attachments. Verification details expire after a short period; abuse-prevention counters and short-lived delivery results help limit spam and duplicate sends. Google reCAPTCHA is used for email verification, in a separate frame that cannot read the document editor. Analytics records only generic tool activity, including a mail-server acceptance event, never document contents or email addresses.
Anonymous tool completion counts
When a free tool finishes a task, we record the tool name, the UTC date and an approximate country when reliable country information is available. A random ID prevents repeated delivery of the same completion from being counted twice. These operational counts work independently of optional Google Analytics cookies and do not identify unique visitors. We do not include uploaded files, file names, document contents, email addresses, entered domains, QR contents, raw IP addresses or persistent visitor identifiers in these usage records. If country information is unavailable, we record it as Unknown.
